Tansen Mission Hospital in Nepal is in need of Dentists  

Qualifications needed: BDS from an internationally recognized centre, plus at least 3 years post graduate experience. Post graduate qualifications are desirable. Must be registered with own national regulating body. 

Skills and Brief job description: Treating patients in the dental clinic as well as dental skill training.

• Managing patients with maxillofacial injuries admitted to the wards (within the limits of our facilities here)
• Training of paramedics in basic dental skills
• Maybe opportunities for community dental work with our Community Health Department
• Encouraging and supporting our Nepali dental department head.
• Helping with on-going education of our dental assistants

Length of term: 6 months +

Languages needed: English

Salary or Self Funded: Self-funded

Is accommodation / flights provided?: No, however furnished accommodation is cheaply available for rent on the hospital compound.
