The hospital is managed by a Hospital Director, assisted by the Nursing superintendent, Medical superintendent, and Hospital Administrative Officer, respectively heading up the Nursing, Medical and Administrative divisions.  There are also two smaller divisions, the Community Health Department which was formed to run our community outreach work following the closure of the separate Community Health and Development Project, and the Pastoral Care division.

The ownership of the hospital is still with UMN but there are plans for the hospital to become independent of UMN by 2010 and suitable options that will enable the hospital to maintain its mission and vision are being explored.

There is Hospital Advisory Board of local community representatives to provide advice and assistance to the Hospital Director in areas where cultural, community and political input may be required and to provide improved communication between the hospital and the community.
